In this project, I craft a compelling data story using appropriate visuals and narratives to effectively communicate actionable insights and strategy recommendations for reducing employee turnover. This project is my solution to a Datacamp Competition which placed 5th position.

Predicting Employee Attrition

In this project, I develop a model to predict employees at high risk of attrition and also identify factors that are most predictive of employee attrition.

Identifying Patients with High Risk of Hospital Readmission

A logistic regression model and decile and gain/lift analyses is used to recommend the group of patients with a higher probability of readmission to focus follow-up calls and attention on. A web app developed with Streamlit makes the model accessible for batch and online predictions.
